Jhenaidah District Commissioner's Office Job Circular 2026 — 17 Posts (Land Ministry)

The District Commissioner's Office, Jhenaidah has published a recruitment notice to fill 17 vacant posts across the district and upazila land offices, under the Ministry of Land. Educational Qualifications

Requirements vary slightly by post, but the general baseline across all 7 posts is:

• SSC or equivalent, minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA, from a recognized education board
• Computer proficiency required for Credit Checking, Office Assistant, Certificate Assistant, Certificate Peshkar, and Nazir cum Cashier posts
• Draftsman additionally requires a minimum 6-month Trade Course certificate in Civil Drafting from a board-approved technical institution
• Dresser additionally requires a 6-month certificate course in Dressing from an approved institution
• All candidates must pass the relevant schedule-based selection test specified in the original circular for their post

Eligibility Conditions

• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen and a permanent resident of Jhenaidah district
• Married female candidates may list their husband's permanent address as their own
• Age: 18 to 32 years as of 1 July 2026 — age relaxation applies for freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters, and war-wounded freedom fighters' children/grandchildren, following the latest government age-limit notification
• Candidates who previously applied under the earlier 8 November 2023 circular (memo 05.44.8400.008.68.001.23.1074) do not need to reapply — their earlier application remains valid, and reapplying is not permitted
• Government, semi-government, autonomous, and local authority employees must apply within the deadline through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the viva

How to Apply

1. Visit https://dcjhenaidah.teletalk.com.bd and complete the online application form for your chosen post.
2. Upload your photo (300×300 pixels) and signature (300×80 pixels) as specified.
3. Review your Application Preview carefully before submitting — corrections aren't possible after submission if your photo or signature doesn't meet the requirements, and you'll need to reapply.
4. On successful submission, you'll receive a User ID, photo, and signature on an Applicant's Copy — download and keep this PDF safely, along with a printed color copy of your passport-size photo, which you must bring to the exam.

Application Fee and Payment

Important: Submitting the online form alone does not complete your application — if the fee isn't paid via SMS, the application is not considered received, regardless of what the online form shows.

Selection Process

Candidates go through three stages:

1. Written examination
2. Practical examination (for posts requiring technical skill)
3. Oral (viva) examination — only candidates who pass the written exam are considered for practical, and only those who pass practical are called for viva
